About Me

My name is Shaun Antell, I have a wife, Sammy and two children, Teddy & Tilly. I work as a postman in North Devon and have previously been a competitive long distance runner which I have a blog on www.shaunantellblog.wordpress.com/. In my time as an athlete I travelled around the country to race and gave 100% to try and be the best I could. 

Running Highlights

• Representing England over 10k in 2017
• Running 29:13 at the Brighton Marathon 10k in 2019
• Winning the South of England 5000m Championships in 2017
• Getting Bronze at the English 5000m Championships in 2016

Running was a sport I have a lot of fun with over the years. Fishing always took a back seat due to the commitment that I gave to running but I always knew at some point I would be ready to run for fun and spend more time fishing. This is that time.
